As a fitness, nutrition, habit & mindset coach, I am a firm believer that the two most important things in creating a healthy life are simplicity & consistency. So often, its those small, seemingly miniscule habits that we complete throughout our days that add up to either bring us closer to, or further away from our biggest goals and dreams.
